The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for special order goods).
The right of withdrawal does not extend to legal purchasers.
The right to return merchandise purchased from an online store is equivalent to the right to inspect the products at ordinary stores, i.e. the returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging, the value of the goods must not be impaired and the application for withdrawal must be sent to Marde Kaubandus OÜ in writing to info@marde.ee or to Marde Kaubandus OÜ’s business address, within the term (ie 14 days).
Marde Kaubandus OÜ has the right to submit a claim to the Customer if the product has suffered damage upon return. Prepayment for canceled order (except return shipping) will be returned to the Client’s bank account within 5 working days after the returned goods arrive at Marde Kaubandus OÜ warehouse. The entire cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer unless the goods are damaged that could not be detected at the time of inspection and did not occur upon opening the package or if the goods do not correspond to the product ordered by the Customer (faulty product).
In the event that the Customer loses interest in purchasing the Product due to the longer delivery time of the Product, the Customer shall have the right to cancel his order by sending a respective application to info@marde.ee. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from special products ordered specifically for him. The advance payment made by the Customer shall be refunded within 14 days after the submission of the respective application by the Customer.
A special order is a product specially ordered from the manufacturer for the Customer, which is ordered according to the customer’s special request and which does not appear in the regular assortment of Marde Kaubandus OÜ.
Bulk order placed after Customer’s approval is also considered a special order.
Marde Kaubandus OÜ reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s order if:
the ordered goods are out of stock of the supplier and the Customer does not accept the replacement product offered by Marde Kaubandus OÜ;
if the bank account of Marde Kaubandus OÜ has not received a prepayment to complete the order.
